James and Amir were outstanding on moving day: incredibly efficient, very professional, and they treated every item with the kind of care you rarely see. Wow!!! What a stress free and pleasant experience!!! I never knew moving could be so easy! Jorge, Daifer and Miguel were my movers, they were extremely professional and friendly! They arrived perfectly on time and immediately got to work! All of my items were wrapped and handled with care! No scratches on my furniture or scuffs left on my floors or walls - so I am happy!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this service to my friends and family!!!
I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.

Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.
I recently used Cross Country Movers to relocate from my temporary third-floor apartment to my newly renovated home. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The Sunshine moving staff maintained constant communication to ensure we were well-prepared.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
They moved fast, they were careful, and very courteous. Furthermore, when we opened the boxes that had been stored for two years we found no damage. The original crew from two years ago packed everything very well! HIghly recommended!
