Happy to Hire them
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

Poor estimate and poor communication
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
We had a lot of last-minute details to take care of, and the movers were helpful in making sure everything was in order. They didn’t hesitate to assist us with disassembling furniture, packing fragile items, and moving some things to a different room in our new place. From start to finish, 5 stars. Highly recommend, will call them again for my next move. SOLD!! Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Second time using Cross Country Movers and we can't say enough good things about working with them. Top-notch, speedy service at an amazing price. Cost included couch and bed dis/assembly as well. Josh and his team were amazing!

To make moving the desk easier, I partially disassembled the desk by removing the lower section. There was no need to take apart the rest. Unfortunately, once the movers had it loaded onto their truck, they chose to dismantle more of it without reason. When the desk was delivered, it was incomplete. Four crucial metallic support pieces for the upper shelves were missing.

We had to ensure there was no downtime as our company relocated to a new site. The next morning, our team was able to access a fully furnished workspace thanks to the overnight efforts of Cross Country Movers movers, who transported desks, PCs, and office supplies. We are very grateful!
