The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
Cross Country Movers was the most competent of the 6 movers I contacted, and their hourly personalized and prompt service was the best fit for my needs, so I hired them. I am pleased with my decision after the transfer!
