My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
Andrii and his coworkers were great. Quick, efficient, helpful, and most of all considerate with our things. Moving is always a hassle, but this company made it easy. From the point of quote, them taking a visual inventory and providing us with a detailed quote via FaceTime, to the work the day of - you can tell they are true professionals. They were also early the day of the work and incredibly communicative. Great experience and will use them if we move within Florida again.

This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
They took even better care of our furniture than we do. No BS; just pure professionalism. My fiancee is very picky about services, but she said Einstein exceeded her expectations in the way they handled every detail. We’re so happy we had these two gentlemen help with our move and it was such a great experience!
The team from Cross Country Movers were fast, efficient, affordable and very professional. We used them to move my daughter into her new apartment and I was impressed with how smoothly it went. There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
Cross Country Movers was fantastic with my move! They helped me out every step of the way leading up to the day of. Chris and his team were kind, efficient, and so fast while making sure all of my furniture was well protected! I cannot recommend enough. They made what is usually a stressful process so easy and relaxed!
I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.
After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
