Cross Country Movers exceeded expectations from start to finish—completing our entire move in just 6 hours with impressive speed, efficiency, and clear communication throughout. They were incredibly careful and accommodating in our new place with brand-new floors and fresh paint, handling everything with precision and respect. On top of that, they went above and beyond by helping us set up a new rug from that wasn’t even part of the move—truly outstanding service.
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. They were also so nice and had such a good attitude, even with my blunder, which made the day easier. They packed what was inventoried, then made a separate list and got me a quote for the additional stuff I had so that I could pay the balance without any delay or headache in moving everything else. Then they loaded the rest of the truck and got me in my new place super fast! They also did a great job keeping my furniture safe in the move. They’re so fantastic, and I highly highly recommend them. We’ll be using them again for our next move without a doubt!
