Cross Country Movers got back to me quickly, outlined what to expect, reasonable prices, and we booked with ease. Their movers arrived on time, were professional, and were some of the quickest movers we've had! They climbed stairs and still managed to get us fully moved into our unit in 2 hours! Den of Theives

Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.

Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.

they handled everything very well.

I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
