This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
They arrived exactly on time and did not leave until the job was perfectly done. We will have a second move in four weeks to finish and complete the process and I am going to ask for Louis Olivo and his crew again there are perfect for what I was looking for. I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever
This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. We had an odd job of moving my basement workshop out of a small basement with a narrow, winding stairwell. I have lots of heavy machinery, awkward parts, and bulky equipment. They clearly know all the tricks of the trade. At the new house, they had to cross newly refinished wood floors and navigate freshly painted walls on the way down to the basement, and nothing was damaged or scuffed. We even had a surprise item to move from the garage to the second floor, and they were happy to help.
Maxwell and Anderson were excellent! They accommodated my last-minute move without any issues. They are a huge help all around and provide wonderful customer service! This company has provided me with dependable, competent service for the past two years.
What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida.
