I recently used Cross Country Movers for a full office move from our old space in downtown Ephrata to a new location just outside town, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial quote to the final box unpacked, everything went smoothly and professionally. The team arrived right on time, fully prepared with all the necessary equipment—padding, dollies, and even specialized crates for our sensitive office electronics and furniture. They handled everything with care, ensuring no dings or scratches on our desks, chairs, or filing cabinets. What impressed me most was their efficiency; they disassembled and reassembled our modular workstations without a hitch, and they even helped organize the cables for our IT setup to minimize downtime.
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!
The team then moved large, cumbersome items from another household to the new house. The items included an antique upright grand piano. This move was also completed flawlessly. We appreciate the effort and care of the team in completing all parts of this move. Thanks for simplifying our move.
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Great movers, quick and efficient and easy to work with! One furniture piece ended up with two scratches, but otherwise everything was great! They took down and set back up pieces and moved a couple items multiple times to get the right spot. Highly recommend!
I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. Communication from getting a quote, booking, payment, and delivery was consistent and I was kept informed regarding movement and delivery. I plan to use Cross Country Movers for any future moves.
On moving day. The movers called me 30 minutes prior to arriving at my home to let me know they were almost there. There were four men who came to pack all my furniture. They were very respectful, joyful, kind, patient, and great listeners. I was extremely happy with the effort and great care they took with my belongings. The next morning they delivered all of my home furnishings, and personal belongings in a very timely and efficient manner. They placed my area rugs, where I asked them to. They placed the furniture where I asked them to and were very conscientious of how my new home was set up.
