Their movers arrived on time, were professional, and were some of the quickest movers we've had! They climbed stairs and still managed to get us fully moved into our unit in 2 hours! Highly recommend them if you need to move.

The team and crew were very efficient, careful and professional. Led by Jesus who was friendly and attentive. Two things I would recommend is that the team bring their own ladders to get up into high shelves and a broom for any cleanup. I had to lend them mine. All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend this company.

They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.
The moving crew who helped us out were super friendly and helpful as we completed our move! They handled our stuff with care and were very fast and efficient. When they encountered a slight snag with the moving process (which was completely out of their or our control), they were so helpful and handled it with professionalism and grace. They also named our plants Harold and Richard. I will be using Cross Country Movers for future moves and have already recommended them to other people!
Everyone was very careful with every item, from the biggest piece of furniture to the tiniest parcel. Their calm and collected attitude put me at ease all day long.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
