It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
From the very first conversation, their communication was thoughtful, professional, and reassuring. Every question I had was answered quickly, every detail was handled carefully, and I never once felt left in the dark during the process. That level of consistency and care made a huge difference.
Everything was wrapped well in paper for our kitchen items and moving blankets for our furniture. Not one item was even so much as scuffed and they were considerate of our home - laying down walkway blankets and moving items in carefully. Very professional team and a great service from them.
They were punctual, efficient, and treated our belongings with care and consideration. They turned a day that is usually very cumbersome and stressful into one that flew by with ease. They really went above and beyond and I will confidently recommend them to any and everyone I know that needs a reputable moving company. I can't say thank you enough!!
When I tell you these guys destroyed my furniture, I’m not exaggerating. My wooden dresser? Deep scratches all over the surface. My dining table? A massive chip on the corner. My couch? Mystery stains that weren’t there before.
They arrived exactly on time and did not leave until the job was perfectly done. We will have a second move in four weeks to finish and complete the process and I am going to ask for Louis Olivo and his crew again there are perfect for what I was looking for. I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever

Moving can be very stressful, but Victor and his crew made the entire experience smooth and effortless. I was busy taking care of other things, and before I knew it, they were finished.
