They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. I loved moving with them! Amazing prices, amazing quality. Got everything packed up and moved out my apartment in 6 hours. I moved about 40 minutes away from the original location and even had 2 stops!! BOOK.
My most recent move was handled by Nate and Mo, and they were amazing. Professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout the entire process. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy.
Following the conclusion of a rather disastrous roommate situation, which ended in me finding out that my roommate, who held the lease, had been pocketing my portion of the rent which I had been paying him, and not paying the landlird, I had approximately two weeks to pack up all my belongings, move them into storage, and move in with a very good friend of mine, before the NYC Marshall evicted us. Once I completed my packing, I contacted Cross Country Moversmade arrangement with them to move & store my belongings, and within a day or two, they were there & all of this was accomplished. During the time that my belongings were in storage, Divine was very understanding and compassionate of my situation and, when the time came for me to move my belongings out of storage and into the new home, where I am still living, Divine Moving and Storage was very easy to work with in setting up a day & time and made this final step in the process very easy and seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Divine to any one looking for a moving or storage company.
They were the only company that quickly followed up with me via text and were very communicative about the whole process. They were very flexible because I kept having to add things to the manifest cause I haven't been in our apartment for awhile. The move itself was very smooth and easy.
Fernando and Nestor are the most amazing movers. I’ve ever experienced good quality work and be patient with us although we received some items that were not well. This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.
