I was surprised at how quiet and efficient the movers worked. They moved steadily without wasting time, but never rushed the process. Everything was packed with precision, making the whole move feel effortless.
Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. They made everything easy from the start, from e-signatures to scheduling, it was outstanding service. The moving team was punctual and easy to get ahold of when needed. They went above and beyond during the move, making this a seamless experience. Jessica handled this move for us and she also was incredible, so kind, trustworthy, and was available for us with any questions we had. I highly recommend using this company and ask for Jessica; best moving experience I have ever had!
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. If anyone is in looks for an efficient, quick, respectful company use Cross Country Movers. Ask for Dylan and Cameron, you won’t be disappointed!

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
Pasha & John were beyond professional and excellent to work with handling all my belongings with soo much care. Even walked my wonky computer desk to the second location! I had a great moving out/in experience with them. Appreciate their help & would absolutely continue working with Cross Country Movers in the future :)
Clark and Andrew did an outstanding job delivering the vanity that I ordered. They were considerate of where they drove on the property, making sure that I approved everything before they proceeded. They were also careful getting the vanity into the house, assuring there was no damage. I am very pleased with their professionalism and would use their services again.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
