Overall we were very pleased with our move. The company communicated with us every step of the move and so did the truck driver/movers. They were very transparent and flexible with pick up and delivery dates to accommodate to our travel schedule. Would recommend this company to anyone.
They were punctual, professional, efficient, and handled everything with such care. They worked quickly but thoughtfully, and their positive attitude made the entire move feel easy. Very polite and totally efficient at accomplishing the work of loading and unloading belongings. They took great care with the furniture and boxes, everything arrived intact. I’d recommend the company to everyone!
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
Kubat and Erjan were very professional and efficient throughout the move. They handled all of our furniture with care and made sure everything arrived safely. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to others.
The movers arrived to my home in Alabama in time and were very professional. I was called in advance to make me aware of the expected arrival time. The loading process was seamless and all my items were handled with care. Larry, Jeff, and Chris arrived promptly to my home in Kentucky and went straight to work. Asked me where I would like items placed before bringing in large items. I would highly recommend Cross Country Movers. Everything was handled with care.
Wow!!! What a stress free and pleasant experience!!! I never knew moving could be so easy! Jorge, Daifer and Miguel were my movers, they were extremely professional and friendly! They arrived perfectly on time and immediately got to work! All of my items were wrapped and handled with care! No scratches on my furniture or scuffs left on my floors or walls - so I am happy!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this service to my friends and family!!!
It was effortless, showed up on time - and was so great to work with. For the massive stuff we have accumulated in midtown - they packed up our midtown 2 bedroom apartment into their truck and was so efficient.
This moving company is the BEST! Very friendly and super helpful right from the start. Moving day went great! No problems. The 3 guys that came to move were fast. I have one more move in a couple of months and will be using them again without a doubt. If you’re moving use them!!
