They are very careful, curtious I love everything about this company!! I have used them since 2011 every move! Ii include lots of cold water a paid lunch their pick and they are worth a tip!! My Movers were wonderful. They showed up right on time to great care of all of my expensive furniture and moved it to my new location taking the patient for me to figure out where it all went and to be honest changing my mind several times. Everything arrived safe and sound even my jungle garden of plants. Highly recommend.

Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
