They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. They were on-time, wrapped my furniture and large electronics, and were courteous throughout the whole process. I had a few pieces of furniture that I had very specific instructions for handling and they were very careful with these pieces. Would definitely recommend!
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
This was a great moving experience! I’ve used two other moving companies before and Cross Country Movers was by far the best. Kurt and Paul were quick and efficient and took care of all my items!
I was surprised at how quiet and efficient the movers worked. They moved steadily without wasting time, but never rushed the process. Everything was packed with precision, making the whole move feel effortless.
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
Their teamwork and positive attitudes made all the difference. I can’t recommend Cross Country Movers —and this entire team—highly enough for a seamless, cross-country move.
