They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
Now that I’m unpacking, I’m also appreciative of how carefully everything was wrapped and packed. Because the team put tags on every box, our belongings were already in the rooms we needed to unpack! More than that, the staff was professional, friendly and the pre process was really easy. We agreed to a price based on the inventory list and then it never changed after that. Appreciative of how they made a chaotic time less stressful!
Pasha & John were beyond professional and excellent to work with handling all my belongings with soo much care. Even walked my wonky computer desk to the second location! I had a great moving out/in experience with them. Appreciate their help & would absolutely continue working with Cross Country Movers in the future :)

Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
