Proficient Movers
I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.

Terrible communication on important matters
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

They handled every item with great care, ensuring our furniture and boxes were moved safely without any damage. It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!

Useless
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

Would definitely recommend!
They were on-time, wrapped my furniture and large electronics, and were courteous throughout the whole process. I had a few pieces of furniture that I had very specific instructions for handling and they were very careful with these pieces. Would definitely recommend!

Will be using Cross Country Movers in the future
Used Cross Country Movers for an office move and the team was fast, efficient, and very friendly. Definitely a top to bottom crew that covered all of the details of a complex move, allowing me to focus on my other work. Feeling so grateful for these amazing movers! They made a stressful situation so much easier. The office staff was very helpful with answering all my questions and giving me a detailed quote. The movers were strong, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They helped me move a giant antique dresser that I was worried wouldn't fit through the door.
