I’ve moved several times and these guys are the best! Thanks again to Van (estimator), Joel (great truck driver and super strong), Jake (lead guy and very strong), and Neka (super wrapper and strong). Hard to imagine, but these guys made our move day enjoyable. We’re richly blessed to know these guys
This move felt easier because Cross Country Movers experts took the lead on small details. They had furniture blankets, tools for disassembly, and extra shrink wrap for our glass table. I didn’t lift a finger once they arrived, and they constantly checked in before taping or wrapping anything. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Top-quality service! They worked quickly without compromising care, and all our fragile items arrived in pristine condition. Awesome team!
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. Every step of the way, the team was friendly, careful with our belongings, and just genuinely great to work with. They made a very stressful day feel so much easier. I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.

This moving company is the BEST! Very friendly and super helpful right from the start. Moving day went great! No problems. The 3 guys that came to move were fast. I have one more move in a couple of months and will be using them again without a doubt. If you’re moving use them!!
Clark and Andrew did an outstanding job delivering the vanity that I ordered. They were considerate of where they drove on the property, making sure that I approved everything before they proceeded. They were also careful getting the vanity into the house, assuring there was no damage. I am very pleased with their professionalism and would use their services again.
