I loved moving with them! Amazing prices, amazing quality. Got everything packed up and moved out my apartment in 6 hours. I moved about 40 minutes away from the original location and even had 2 stops!! BOOK.
Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. Communication from getting a quote, booking, payment, and delivery was consistent and I was kept informed regarding movement and delivery. I plan to use Cross Country Movers for any future moves.
Pasha & John were beyond professional and excellent to work with handling all my belongings with soo much care. Even walked my wonky computer desk to the second location! I had a great moving out/in experience with them. Appreciate their help & would absolutely continue working with Cross Country Movers in the future :)
Wow!!! What a stress free and pleasant experience!!! I never knew moving could be so easy! Jorge, Daifer and Miguel were my movers, they were extremely professional and friendly! They arrived perfectly on time and immediately got to work! All of my items were wrapped and handled with care! No scratches on my furniture or scuffs left on my floors or walls - so I am happy!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this service to my friends and family!!!
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
Now that I’m unpacking, I’m also appreciative of how carefully everything was wrapped and packed. Because the team put tags on every box, our belongings were already in the rooms we needed to unpack! More than that, the staff was professional, friendly and the pre process was really easy. We agreed to a price based on the inventory list and then it never changed after that. Appreciative of how they made a chaotic time less stressful!

Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
