I used Cross Country Movers for the first time this week and had an amazing experience with them! After comparing quotes, this company gave me the best rate and truly the service was above and beyond. The movers I worked with, Dominic and Barry, were so communicative with me and handled my furniture and possessions with the utmost care. They were so prepared and were a pleasure to work with. These people suck!!

Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I’d highly recommend Cross Country Movers

They meticulously padded and wrapped each and every piece of furniture they loaded. I was also extremely impressed with how they took the time to cover and protect the floors and walls at both locations of our move. I’d highly recommend Cross Country Movers if you’re looking for a moving company!

It was a tough job, but they were totally friendly, very can-do, efficient, and arrived at our new location within minutes of when they said they would. And the price was extremely competitive! The team was punctual, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. They handled all of my furniture and boxes with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Moving a one-bedroom apartment can still be stressful, but they made the process smooth and worry-free. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was very fair. A top notch experience!!!

True professionals that moved me in the dead of winter. Easily took off doors when furniture wouldn't fit and we're careful of hardwood floors and walls. A top notch experience!!!

Poor estimate and poor communication

My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
