I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Cross Country Movers to help get my 86 year old brother moved from his house to an apartment. The movers were very careful to wrap things like his TV to make sure nothing got broken. They were fast and friendly and willing to help with our requests. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

The crew was polite!!!

I was nervous about moving across the country, but this firm made it easy. They were punctual, wrapped my gadgets and glass cookware, and assisted me in unpacking when I arrived. Each mover answered my endless questions politely and quickly. I made the best decision by choosing them.

Poor estimate and poor communication

My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.

Good Job

The team of 4 movers showed up on time, were very professional, asked questions about my expectations and did everything to exceed my expectations during packing and moving from the old home and unpacking and furniture placement in the new home. During the move, I received a few texts from their customer service team to see how things were going and I really appreciated the real time follow-up.

Quick and Effortless!

I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.

They took even better care of our furniture than we do. No BS; just pure professionalism. My fiancee is very picky about services, but she said Einstein exceeded her expectations in the way they handled every detail. Wow! Definitely a 5 ***** moving company. They are on time for the day of your move, which reduces any all stressors that can be related to your planned and busy day. They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. I can't say thank you enough!!

They were punctual, efficient, and treated our belongings with care and consideration. They turned a day that is usually very cumbersome and stressful into one that flew by with ease.
