The team arrived right on time, packed everything up quickly and neatly, and handled all of my belongings with great care. They were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Moving can be stressful, but they truly made it feel effortless. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch movers!
I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!
I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
I’ve used Cross Country Movers 3 times. Big Mike is wonderful and a pro at what he does! The team worked well together and moved my items each time without any issues. The pricing is very reasonable and the service is exceptional! If I need movers again, I will definitely use Cross Country Movers
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
My glass dining table was a source of concern for me. After carefully covering it with thick padding, Thomas and his team secured it. Unharmed, it arrived. Highly recommended Cross Country Movers
To make moving the desk easier, I partially disassembled the desk by removing the lower section. There was no need to take apart the rest. Unfortunately, once the movers had it loaded onto their truck, they chose to dismantle more of it without reason. When the desk was delivered, it was incomplete. Four crucial metallic support pieces for the upper shelves were missing.
I highly recommend Cross Country Movers for anyone planning a move. This was my second time using their services, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. Their team is professional, efficient, and their prices are reasonable. They made my move hassle-free and I couldn't be happier with their service.
