If I could do zero star I would

They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

They carefully disassembled and reassembled my furniture, handled everything with great care, and navigated two flights of stairs without a single complaint. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made what is usually a stressful day feel easy and seamless. They were punctual, respectful of my home and belongings, and worked quickly without ever cutting corners. Highly recommend!

We're moving from a 2 bedroom apartment to another house within the city. Cross Country Movers are amazing. They were so professional and you could see it in the way they pack and move stuffs - there was not single scratch or dent in any of the furniture or appliances. They wasted no time and the prices are pretty reasonable in bay area. Highly recommend!

BAD PEOPLE!

Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.
