Just Horrible
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

If you’re moving use them!!
This moving company is the BEST! Very friendly and super helpful right from the start. Moving day went great! No problems. The 3 guys that came to move were fast. I have one more move in a couple of months and will be using them again without a doubt. If you’re moving use them!!

My hats off to you!
After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!

I had a great experience thanks to the storage manager Marielle. She helped me find an affordable option and even made sure I got the perfect size at the last minute. Had an excellent experience with this packers and movers team. They were punctual, professional, and took great care in packing and transporting all items safely. The company was also incredibly flexible when I needed to reschedule and adjust my move time. Throughout the process, they kept me informed with reminder notifications and confirmation calls, which made everything much less stressful. On moving day, the crew called ahead to let me know when they were on the way and arrived exactly when expected. The movers themselves were outstanding. They came prepared with dollies, moving blankets, and wrapping materials, and they took great care to protect my belongings. What impressed me most was how fast they worked while still being extremely careful with every item. Even things I hadn't wrapped myself were properly protected before being moved. Communication didn't stop once the truck was loaded. During unloading, they continually checked with me to make sure items were being placed where I wanted them and were happy to accommodate requests. They made the entire process efficient and stress-free. The payment process was simple, the final cost was exactly within the range I was quoted, and the service was worth every penny.

This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care.
