It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
They were attentive, punctual, professional, and careful with everything. They did an incredible job, including the assembly of our bed. They were there for us pretty much all day. Frank, who picked up the phone when I called to schedule our move, was also incredibly helpful, prompt, and approachable. All in all, we really appreciate Cross Country Movers and all they did for our family.
They were speedy and efficient, while still carefully wrapping our furniture and gently transporting our boxes, especially those with fragile items. I can't say enough about how well our moving day went with Daniel and his team. Strongly recommended for anyone in the Chicago area!
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
Feeling so grateful for these amazing movers! They made a stressful situation so much easier. The office staff was very helpful with answering all my questions and giving me a detailed quote. The movers were strong, efficient, and very respectful of my home. They helped me move a giant antique dresser that I was worried wouldn't fit through the door.
I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.

They" re efficient and hard working during your moving process. They come equipped and prepared thoroughly to protect any and all of your items needing any extra care. They definitely aim to please and I highly recommend them not only for my above statements, but also for their cost prevention in keeping their services affordable to the consumer. I had some unexpected delays with my lease, and Cross Country Movers was flexible enough to adjust the timing. The movers showed up early, helped wrap a few last-minute items, and didn't rush even when I was clearly stressed. They helped get my bed and couch into a tight space without forcing anything. I felt supported during the whole process, which really mattered that day.
Kubat and Erjan were very professional and efficient throughout the move. They handled all of our furniture with care and made sure everything arrived safely. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to others.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
