Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.
What a great experience with this company. I moved so many time in my life but this was the best experience I ever had. The way they take care of your items it’s amazing. Professionally wrapping do you get no damages. Crew were great very efficient, they worked non stop and I really appreciate them. My sister will be using them also for her move to Florida. The team then moved large, cumbersome items from another household to the new house. The items included an antique upright grand piano. This move was also completed flawlessly. We appreciate the effort and care of the team in completing all parts of this move. Thanks for simplifying our move.
They were also so nice and had such a good attitude, even with my blunder, which made the day easier. They packed what was inventoried, then made a separate list and got me a quote for the additional stuff I had so that I could pay the balance without any delay or headache in moving everything else. Then they loaded the rest of the truck and got me in my new place super fast! They also did a great job keeping my furniture safe in the move. They’re so fantastic, and I highly highly recommend them. We’ll be using them again for our next move without a doubt!

I couldn’t believe how smooth the transition was from our two-bedroom condo to our new family home. The movers wrapped each piece of furniture with care, labeled every box, and protected our fragile items. Not a single thing was scratched. Their efficiency and knowledge impressed us deeply.
Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!
