It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. I wish more and more success for them.

I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.
I was able to schedule a long distance move within 15 minutes on the same day I needed to move. Eduardo and his team not only came through for me very last minute, but their customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. I will definitely be using Eduardo and his team again for my future moves.
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. My partner and I just relocated to SD. I ultimately made the decision to move after getting married. Very few of the relocation companies I contacted even returned my calls. Getting a quote from Cross Country Movers was the fastest and cheapest option. It was helpful when deciding which carriers to look into. The actual move took place two days before the original plan. All of our possessions, including those we brought with us, were present and undamaged. If you're in a hurry but still want to be secure, I recommend utilizing them.
Their quote was significantly lower than what I ended up paying. In addition, they billed me for the extra time as the transfer took significantly longer than expected. In addition, they scuffed my wooden floors.
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
