Amazing movers! :) They are very professional and efficient in packing and moving. We also had a very pleasant communication with Ashton, who worked with us to plan our move. We are extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone planning to move soon.
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
I was able to schedule a long distance move within 15 minutes on the same day I needed to move. Eduardo and his team not only came through for me very last minute, but their customer service and attention to detail was exceptional. I will definitely be using Eduardo and his team again for my future moves.
I’ve used Cross Country Movers twice - once for a personal move and recently for an office move and had positive experiences both times. For this most recent move, they showed-up on time and handled our office furniture and marketing materials with care. The crew chief Rob did such a good job packing our storage unit that we were able to cancel the order for a second one. Very happy with their work.
Exceptional customer service, level of care, punctuality, packing knowledge, professional demeanour, team work and communication skills. Did a two stop delivery in industrial part of Brooklyn with some cumbersome pieces and staircases and all arrived safely with a team that felt like they were in lock step. Said, Dima and Timur were timely without compromising handling. I had a seamless experience for something that is normally stressful. I was quoted a bunch of other rates by more “known” companies but am extremely happy I went with Cross Country Movers in the end. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you guys!

Cross Country Movers helped us out today moving from North Hills to Simi Valley. Our apartment has no elevator and we were on the top 3rd floor, they were done quickly and worked well as a team. True professionals that moved me in the dead of winter. Easily took off doors when furniture wouldn't fit and we're careful of hardwood floors and walls. A top notch experience!!!
