When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

Had to move a business sooner than expected , called Affordable Movers after 7pm, they had someone out the next morning for an estimate and on their schedule.
