They carefully disassembled and reassembled my furniture, handled everything with great care, and navigated two flights of stairs without a single complaint. Their positive attitudes and teamwork made what is usually a stressful day feel easy and seamless. They were punctual, respectful of my home and belongings, and worked quickly without ever cutting corners. Bloody basters
Horrible Experience - Avoid This Company! I can't express enough how terrible my experience with Cross Country Movers has been. From the start, the communication was absolutely dreadful. Once they picked up my stuff, I never heard a word from them. No updates, no tracking info, nothing. I had no idea where my belongings were or when they would arrive. The worst part? They completely overcharged me. The initial estimate was way lower than the final bill, and they tacked on extra, unexplained fees that were never mentioned during booking. It felt like they were just taking advantage of me at every turn. And now, even though it's been weeks, my stuff still isn't here! No one is giving me a clear answer or timeline. This company is a complete disaster and I wouldn't trust them with a single item, let alone an entire move. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable moving company. Cross Country Movers is an absolute nightmare. PS: I will write an complain everyday on here so people will know till my stuff come and all my stuff needs to come undamaged and nothing missing Sincerely ANTHONY WATKINS !!!

I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
The elderly folks in my life were getting ready to sell the house they would lived in for over four decades. I had doubts about the movers' capacity to coordinate everything, but they did an incredible job. They handled fragile items with care, whispered to my parents, and moved slowly. They paused and reassured my worried mother that everything would be fine when she started to cry. Such understanding is priceless.

I’ve used Cross Country Movers 3 times. Big Mike is wonderful and a pro at what he does! The team worked well together and moved my items each time without any issues. The pricing is very reasonable and the service is exceptional! If I need movers again, I will definitely use Cross Country Movers

Amazing movers! :) They are very professional and efficient in packing and moving. We also had a very pleasant communication with Ashton, who worked with us to plan our move. We are extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone planning to move soon.

Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

The crew was wonderful. They arrived on time, worked hard and fast. I moved many times and this was by far the best mover’s service I have ever had! Highly recommended!

Immensely satisfied
I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.
