Don’t ever give a deposit. They subcontract amateurs. They will hire cheap unprofessional laborers who do not know how to move anything. They will be cheat you out of money, and damage most of your stuff. There is no customer service and they will not answer calls once they have your money. Stay away. Use a known professional moving company. Never give a deposit unless they did the quote in person at your home, which they will not do. First red flag.

extremely helpful and pleasant
We had to ensure there was no downtime as our company relocated to a new site. The next morning, our team was able to access a fully furnished workspace thanks to the overnight efforts of Cross Country Movers movers, who transported desks, PCs, and office supplies. We are very grateful!

They handled every item with great care, ensuring our furniture and boxes were moved safely without any damage. They were also extremely efficient, working quickly while never sacrificing attention to detail. I can't recommend this team enough. If you're looking for movers who are reliable, careful, and truly go above and beyond for their customers, this is the crew to hire!

Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

Highly recommend!
They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish. Their skill and attention to detail when loading the U-Haul were truly impressive — they maximized every inch of space in the truck. They were also very respectful of the property, carefully protecting the floors and walls throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

It was a relief that all went so smoothly.
I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.

Amazing quality.
I loved moving with them! Amazing prices, amazing quality. Got everything packed up and moved out my apartment in 6 hours. I moved about 40 minutes away from the original location and even had 2 stops!! BOOK.

From start to finish, they were on top of everything.
From start to finish, they were on top of everything. There was no need to monitor their speed or work ethic. They took apart my canopy bed with ease and managed to fit all of my items into the storage unit like a giant Jenga puzzle (perfectly packed and organized). It was such a relief to work with people I could trust to just get it done right. Highly recommend!

Happy to Hire them
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
