Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
They made sure I was happy with the placement, adjusting it a few inches to the right... to the left... before moving on to the next cabinet. I would not hesitate to use Jeff and your company again! Thank you for the excellent service!!

The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
Cruz and his crew were AMAZING! Super fast, thorough, and careful with all of our stuff. Made our move from the Central Coast down to LA easier than I ever could’ve imagined. We’ll definitely be working with Cross Country Movers any time we move again in the future!
Keith, Jalen, and Tony were exceptional movers. They constantly communicated with my wife and me about what we wanted moved from our apartment and where we wanted to put everything in the house where we moved. They were methodical and swift. I trusted them the entire time that they were moving us, and I am glad that I chose Cross Country Movers over all of their competitors in the Chicagoland area. We believed that they would be the best moving company, and they were.
This is our second time using Cross Country Movers — Igor and Denis were so efficient (& strong!) for our move in the Edgewater area. Super impressed with the speed and diligence in which they worked. Very reliable company and will use for all future moves. Thank you!
