Immensely satisfied

I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.

great moving experience.

I had a great experience with Cross Country Movers Issac and Q were very helpful moving my belongings to my new location. They were very friendly and took extra care in making sure the move was being completed as smooth as possible. Would highly recommend them for a great moving experience.

From start to finish, they were on top of everything.

From start to finish, they were on top of everything. There was no need to monitor their speed or work ethic. They took apart my canopy bed with ease and managed to fit all of my items into the storage unit like a giant Jenga puzzle (perfectly packed and organized). It was such a relief to work with people I could trust to just get it done right. Highly recommend!

TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. Do not use!!! Beware!!

One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.

Highly recommend!

Their team was quick, efficient, and clear with their quote. Wow!!! What a stress free and pleasant experience!!! I never knew moving could be so easy! Jorge, Daifer and Miguel were my movers, they were extremely professional and friendly! They arrived perfectly on time and immediately got to work! All of my items were wrapped and handled with care! No scratches on my furniture or scuffs left on my floors or walls - so I am happy!! 10 out of 10 would recommend this service to my friends and family!!!
