Poor estimate and poor communication
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.

I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers
I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. Everything was handled professionally, and their pricing is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers .

trustworthy movers.
Had an excellent experience with this packers and movers team. They were punctual, professional, and took great care in packing and transporting all items safely. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff were polite, responsive, and made sure everything reached the destination in perfect condition. This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

I will definitely be using them!
I cannot recommend Cross Country Movers enough! Everyone I interacted with from the first phone call to the final box moved was so helpful. I had a team of two, Matt and Chris, and they were wonderful. They were quick, friendly, and went above and beyond. They were so fast that they finished my move more quickly than expected, even after graciously putting my bed frame back together. If I move again, I will definitely be using them!

Useless
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

Efficient, priced fairly, on time.
Everyone was very careful with every item, from the biggest piece of furniture to the tiniest parcel. Their calm and collected attitude put me at ease all day long.

Super PRECISE and ON TIME!
We had a lot of last-minute details to take care of, and the movers were helpful in making sure everything was in order. They didn’t hesitate to assist us with disassembling furniture, packing fragile items, and moving some things to a different room in our new place. Their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
