This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.
The team was on time, careful with all my belongings, and very professional. They worked quickly and made the whole moving process much easier for me. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable moving company.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.
Following the conclusion of a rather disastrous roommate situation, which ended in me finding out that my roommate, who held the lease, had been pocketing my portion of the rent which I had been paying him, and not paying the landlird, I had approximately two weeks to pack up all my belongings, move them into storage, and move in with a very good friend of mine, before the NYC Marshall evicted us. Once I completed my packing, I contacted Cross Country Moversmade arrangement with them to move & store my belongings, and within a day or two, they were there & all of this was accomplished. During the time that my belongings were in storage, Divine was very understanding and compassionate of my situation and, when the time came for me to move my belongings out of storage and into the new home, where I am still living, Divine Moving and Storage was very easy to work with in setting up a day & time and made this final step in the process very easy and seamless. I wholeheartedly recommend Divine to any one looking for a moving or storage company.
A great team, highly recommend. Moving is no fun, even in the best of circumstances, Andrew and his team made moving day much less stressful with great attitudes and diligent attention to handling and protecting our belongings.
Their team was quick, efficient, and clear with their quote. They kept me updated throughout the process via email and text, including a thoughtful message on moving day asking if they could arrive earlier....very convenient! Serj and Daniel, the movers, were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
