When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
Now that I’m unpacking, I’m also appreciative of how carefully everything was wrapped and packed. Because the team put tags on every box, our belongings were already in the rooms we needed to unpack! More than that, the staff was professional, friendly and the pre process was really easy. We agreed to a price based on the inventory list and then it never changed after that. Appreciative of how they made a chaotic time less stressful!
Everything was done quickly, carefully, and with great organization. Every item was packed securely, nothing was damaged, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process went smoothly and right on schedule — you can tell they have a lot of experience.
The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.
These guys did an amazing job, fast and very careful. Movers found a lost gold and diamond ring and immediately gave it to us, very honest crew. Disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly, and were very accommodating of every little request! No hidden fees and super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are stressed about moving.

They were the only company that quickly followed up with me via text and were very communicative about the whole process. They were very flexible because I kept having to add things to the manifest cause I haven't been in our apartment for awhile. The move itself was very smooth and easy.
Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
