As artists, my husband and I decorated our home with ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. The crew treated every item as if it were a museum artifact. They provided bubble wrap and special containers, safeguarding our masterpiece. With their help, we rehung a work that required four hands in the studio. Excellent service.
These men were polite, professional, quick, efficient and went so above and beyond to make sure that everything was to our standards. They wrapped every single thing with utmost care to ensure it's safety; verified with my when they had questions or concerns about anything; showed me if they noticed something was broken before they packed it. All in all phenomenal. I will only be recommending them and utilizing their services for future moves. *side note: they have great taste in music and it was all smiles and good vibes. I could not be happier.
When I tell you these guys destroyed my furniture, I’m not exaggerating. My wooden dresser? Deep scratches all over the surface. My dining table? A massive chip on the corner. My couch? Mystery stains that weren’t there before.
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. I had a fantastic experience using Cross Country Movers for my local move to LIC from Manhattan. Marko and Luka arrived promptly, worked fast, were polite/friendly and left no mess or damage. The value of the service was terrific and they provided the necessary COIs very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.
Moving amid a heat wave made me nervous about the weather. The crew kept everything going well even though they worked in shifts and brought water bottles.
