Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!

I had a great experience thanks to the storage manager Marielle. She helped me find an affordable option and even made sure I got the perfect size at the last minute. She was patient, helpful, and really cared about making sure everything worked out. I highly recommend this place because of her excellent customer service.
They organized my wardrobe perfectly and had a great sense of furniture arrangement. They truly have an eye for detail! Despite the challenges of my new apartment, they remained calm and collected throughout. Thanks to them, my first move was incredibly smooth. It would have taken me a week and a bunch of unhappy relatives fed on cheap pizza to do what these guys did a few hours. Very efficient and professional. Much better than what I've experienced from other 5 star companies. Worth every penny.
This team made it so easy for me to move my daughter back home from college. We had a huge load to carry back but they worked fast and none was left behind. They even loaded her bike and other outdoor gear that wouldn’t fit in our car. Absolutely worth it.
The team was excellent and did a great job. We also called last minute and were so glad they could squeeze us in. Paul was also super communicative and kept us in the loop on scheduling. Would recommend!
