I was nervous about moving across the country, but this firm made it easy. They were punctual, wrapped my gadgets and glass cookware, and assisted me in unpacking when I arrived. Each mover answered my endless questions politely and quickly. I made the best decision by choosing them.
My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
I’ve been using Cross Country Movers since 2024 and have hired them for every move since then. I recently used them for an out of state move. They are a first class company. Great communication, great service and safe moves where they take care of your belongings. I highly recommend them to anyone
These guys did an amazing job, fast and very careful. Movers found a lost gold and diamond ring and immediately gave it to us, very honest crew. Disassembled and reassembled everything perfectly, and were very accommodating of every little request! No hidden fees and super easy to work with. 10/10 would recommend, especially if you are stressed about moving.

Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
From start to finish, 5 stars. Highly recommend, will call them again for my next move. SOLD!! Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. I transported my antique dining set, complete with six chairs and a china cabinet, to a new home across town. Each chair was wrapped individually, and the cabinet was secured with soft straps. The movers kept the glass doors safe from scratches, and the set looked perfect in my new dining room. Their careful handling made the whole move feel stress-free.
Huge shout-out to Brandon and Sammy! They stepped in on short notice over the weekend and did an amazing job. They were respectful, nice, professional, and handled everything with care. I really appreciated their help — highly recommend!
