The team from Cross Country Movers were fast, efficient, affordable and very professional. We used them to move my daughter into her new apartment and I was impressed with how smoothly it went. Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. I wish more and more success for them.

I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.
Very polite and totally efficient at accomplishing the work of loading and unloading belongings. They took great care with the furniture and boxes, everything arrived intact. I’d recommend the company to everyone!
The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
The team was excellent and did a great job. We also called last minute and were so glad they could squeeze us in. Paul was also super communicative and kept us in the loop on scheduling. Would recommend!
