The movers surprised me with how organized they kept my state-to-state relocation. They created a checklist, matched boxes to it, and confirmed delivery piece by piece. Nothing was misplaced, and everything was accounted for immediately.
It was challenging to find movers who worked on weekends, and I could only move on Sundays. These men made the entire procedure seem routine. Absolutely no worries!
Cross Country Movers helped me move from SF to LA and were excellent. They were timely and very accommodating and made sure that everything was packed carefully. Even when I needed the drop off time to be delayed, they were able to adjust their schedule to meet mine. The movers were also very nice. Highly recommended moving company.
the couch from our living room did not fit in our new apartment, and these guys were such great sports to brought it back to our house. There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.
It was effortless, showed up on time - and was so great to work with. For the massive stuff we have accumulated in midtown - they packed up our midtown 2 bedroom apartment into their truck and was so efficient.
I hired this team to handle my boss’s move, and it was the best decision! They were fast, efficient, and incredibly careful with every item. The entire process was smooth from start to finish — an amazing, professional team that I highly recommend!
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
