If I could give them zero stars I would. The actual guys who moved the boxes were great, but the company lost five of my boxes, said they would pay me for them if I signed and notarized a form, and then NEVER sent payment. They also gave my number to the guy who brought the truck to my new apartment and he sent me a video of him having sex afterward. If you are moving an apartment DO NOT use this company, they are crooks.

Best movers ever!
When we move we call Cross Country Movers and nobody else! The care they take of our items is always top notch. It’s the patience the guys have with me that I live the most though. I am super picky and they move and rearrange the furniture until it is just right and are always so sweet about it, like I’m not being a pain. Best movers ever!

I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers
I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. Everything was handled professionally, and their pricing is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Cross Country Movers .

What a team!
What a team! I was beyond impressed with our move today with Cross Country Movers. Christian, Michael, Alexander, and Kaleb were prompt, professional, and friendly guys. They even put up with our dog! If I were to ever move again, which of course no one hopes to do more than necessary, I would call Cross Country Movers again in a heartbeat.

If I could do zero star I would
They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.

I strongly recommend their services.
As artists, my husband and I decorated our home with ceramics, sculptures, and paintings. The crew treated every item as if it were a museum artifact. They provided bubble wrap and special containers, safeguarding our masterpiece. With their help, we rehung a work that required four hands in the studio. Excellent service.

I’d highly recommend Cross Country Movers
They meticulously padded and wrapped each and every piece of furniture they loaded. I was also extremely impressed with how they took the time to cover and protect the floors and walls at both locations of our move. I’d highly recommend Cross Country Movers if you’re looking for a moving company!

The team was punctual, professional, and very efficient from start to finish. They handled all of my furniture and boxes with care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Moving a one-bedroom apartment can still be stressful, but they made the process smooth and worry-free. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Cross Country Movers to anyone looking for reliable movers — I’ll definitely use them again in the future!

Can’t say enough good things about Bulmaro and his crew today! All three were friendly, hardworking, and extremely careful with our furniture and home. They worked efficiently without ever feeling rushed and treated our belongings like their own. Best moving experience we’ve had — highly recommend!
