When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.

Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!

Wow!!! What a stress free and pleasant experience!!! I never knew moving could be so easy! Jorge, Daifer and Miguel were my movers, they were extremely professional and friendly! They arrived perfectly on time and immediately got to work! All of my items were wrapped and handled with care! I needed help moving the large pieces of furniture and boxes up out of a base into a U-Haul truck since I fractured my knee cap. Not only were they up front about all the charges, the process on how they were going to load everything securely, they even checked in several times to give updates on the items still left to move.
TJ did an ANAZING job moving us from Florida to Ohio. He was very personable, courteous, efficient, and helpful. He delivered our belongings just when he said he would. He maintained communication throughout the whole process. His team disassembled and reassembled furniture, and took excellent care of our items. We would use them again and highly recommend to anyone else!!! Thank you
