Immensely satisfied
I packed my belongings into a storage unit while traveling abroad, and upon my return, I needed everything delivered to my new place. I had forgotten what was in some boxes, but the movers helped me sort it all out and didn't rush me. They even helped set up the heavy furniture in the right rooms. It made returning home feel a lot more welcoming.

I would highly recommend them.
I found them on the Good Contractors List and noticed they had recently moved a neighbor. In addition they had very positive on line reviews so I took a chance. Glad I did as it was a fantastic experience. They were thorough, detail oriented, and focused on performing quality work. They are extremely customer centric, top to bottom, striving to provide an incredible customer experience. I would highly recommend them.

It was a relief that all went so smoothly.
I had a state-to-state relocation with Cross Country Movers, and it was excellent. The movers worked carefully, communicated updates, and delivered on time. Everything was intact, and the entire process felt organized and professional from beginning to end.

They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Cross Country Movers made our cross-town move easy. The arriving men were experienced and expertly packed my odd-shaped lamp and glass coffee table to ensure they stayed in place. I also put tape on some crates that I hadn't secured.

Terrible communication on important matters
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

Great service and lovely to deal with
My partner and I just relocated to SD. I ultimately made the decision to move after getting married. Very few of the relocation companies I contacted even returned my calls. Getting a quote from Cross Country Movers was the fastest and cheapest option. It was helpful when deciding which carriers to look into. The actual move took place two days before the original plan. All of our possessions, including those we brought with us, were present and undamaged. If you're in a hurry but still want to be secure, I recommend utilizing them.
