I needed help moving the large pieces of furniture and boxes up out of a base into a U-Haul truck since I fractured my knee cap. Not only were they up front about all the charges, the process on how they were going to load everything securely, they even checked in several times to give updates on the items still left to move.

To make moving the desk easier, I partially disassembled the desk by removing the lower section. There was no need to take apart the rest. Unfortunately, once the movers had it loaded onto their truck, they chose to dismantle more of it without reason. When the desk was delivered, it was incomplete. Four crucial metallic support pieces for the upper shelves were missing.
They were punctual, professional, efficient, and handled everything with such care. They worked quickly but thoughtfully, and their positive attitude made the entire move feel easy. I was very happy with the service from start to finish. Thank you to Dora, Spasoje, and the entire Cross Country Movers team for making my move smooth and worry free. Highly recommend!
From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything with great care. They do not properly take care of your items. Most of your stuff will be broken, stolen, or just downright filthy. Please go use someone else if you actually want to get your stuff as is. Then when you try to get a claim for your items they give you the run around. They subcontract out so there’s no communication or any accountability.
The entire experience was first-rate. The movers were so well-organised and meticulous with their packaging that the whole operation went off without a hitch.
Although I didn’t move forward, based on my experience from start to finish, I’m confident that had my plans continued, it would have been a great experience. Thank you both for your excellent communication and support!
I’ve had movers be careless in the past, so I was skeptical. But this company restored my faith. They walked us through the process, double-checked fragile items, and used extra padding without me even asking. All my things arrived unharmed. I couldn’t be more thankful to them!
