Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here. I wish more and more success for them.

Maxwell and Anderson were excellent! They accommodated my last-minute move without any issues. They are a huge help all around and provide wonderful customer service! This company has provided me with dependable, competent service for the past two years.

They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were friendly and helpful throughout. The pieces were heavy and awkward, but they managed everything with care. It's exactly the kind of job where you need a crew that's resourceful and willing to go the extra mile — and that's exactly what we got.

Do not use!!! Beware!!
One of my paintings ended up crammed behind a mattress in the truck, and I discovered a nasty rip across the canvas when unloading. Nobody admitted to doing it, and I got zero compensation.

They are cheap and highly suggested.
I recently helped my uncle move into a smaller home, and we had some older furniture and heavy boxes to sort through. Some of the items were really sentimental, like his dining table and old photo albums. The movers took their time and made sure everything was packed carefully. They didn’t rush us, even when things got a little disorganized. It felt like they actually respected the situation.

Terrible communication on important matters
The movers arrived late and spent the entire day blaming traffic, weather, and other random excuses for their delays. It was clear they weren’t taking responsibility for their poor planning. By the time they finished, it was dark, and I had no energy left to check if everything was intact. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

I plan to use Cross Country Movers for any future moves.
Cross Country Movers is an excellent company to work with. Movers on both ends were efficient and handled my good with care. I moved from California to Dallas, and my items were delivered within a week of pick up. Nothing was missing or damaged. Communication from getting a quote, booking, payment, and delivery was consistent and I was kept informed regarding movement and delivery. I plan to use Cross Country Movers for any future moves.

From start to finish, 5 stars. Highly recommend, will call them again for my next move. SOLD!! Family owned, professional, on time, good communication, follows directions, efficient, hard working polite staff. All things exactly as I wanted. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Moving can be stressful, but they made it feel easy.
My most recent move was handled by Nate and Mo, and they were amazing. Professional, efficient, careful, and incredibly hardworking. They treated my belongings with care, worked quickly without cutting corners, and maintained such positive attitudes throughout the entire process.
