My rugs were rolled up without any protection, and now they have weird creases and some grease stains. I’m not sure if they dragged them through the street, but it sure looks like it.
After years in the same condo, my parents were downsizing, and I wanted it to go smoothly for them. The movers I hired from this company arrived early, explained everything clearly, and treated my parents’ belongings with so much care and respect. They even took the time to reassemble furniture at the new place. My parents were comfortable the entire time, which meant everything to me. Absolutely recommended!
They arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently from start to finish. Their skill and attention to detail when loading the U-Haul were truly impressive — they maximized every inch of space in the truck. They were also very respectful of the property, carefully protecting the floors and walls throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
This was my third time moving with Cross Country Movers, and once again, they went above and beyond. We had a huge house to move, and of course, some unexpected last-minute changes came up—but they handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and care. I had a fantastic experience using Cross Country Movers for my local move to LIC from Manhattan. Marko and Luka arrived promptly, worked fast, were polite/friendly and left no mess or damage. Everything arrived and in perfect shape. As they started to unload they noticed me frantically opening boxes and when I told them I had accidently packed my wallet inside they shrugged it off but then the unexpectable happened! Once they were done, they disappeared, the reappeared out of no where. The guys actually bought me lunch. Who does that?! It meant so much!

The moving crew who helped us out were super friendly and helpful as we completed our move! They handled our stuff with care and were very fast and efficient. When they encountered a slight snag with the moving process (which was completely out of their or our control), they were so helpful and handled it with professionalism and grace. They also named our plants Harold and Richard. I will be using Cross Country Movers for future moves and have already recommended them to other people!
