Just had Edwin and crew conduct a move for me, and I couldn’t be happier. This was my first experience hiring movers and they did a great job. They hustled and took great care of my belongings. I would highly recommend this crew.
When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them
They were careful with my belongings, and we had some nice chats, while they were setting up everything for me. They even liked the playlist I had playing for them😝. If anyone is in looks for an efficient, quick, respectful company use Cross Country Movers. Ask for Dylan and Cameron, you won’t be disappointed!

Thanks again to Van (estimator), Joel (great truck driver and super strong), Jake (lead guy and very strong), and Neka (super wrapper and strong). The movers arrived on time and were very organized. They handled all my belongings with care and ensured everything was packed securely. The team worked efficiently and completed the move quickly. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Martin made sure everything was placed correctly at the destination. I would highly recommend their services.

Incredible! If there is option to provide more stars to the review, I would have done that. I moved from Houston to Miami. they made my move so smooth and stressless! They are so professional! Moving was super fast with a lot of care. Francine Drapeau provided all kind of help to make my moving easier. I won't be able to finish praising their service here.
