When I called Cross Country Movers Lucas was the person I spoke with. He was warm, welcoming, and helpful. We scheduled my moving date, and on moving day, Victor and his crew were friendly, professional, and efficient. Moving can be very stressful, but Victor and his crew made the entire experience smooth and effortless. I was busy taking care of other things, and before I knew it, they were finished. I am so glad I chose Cross Country Movers, and I would definitely use them again. I highly recommend them!
Everything was done quickly, carefully, and with great organization. Every item was packed securely, nothing was damaged, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The whole process went smoothly and right on schedule — you can tell they have a lot of experience.
What a team! I was beyond impressed with our move today with Cross Country Movers. Christian, Michael, Alexander, and Kaleb were prompt, professional, and friendly guys. Had an excellent experience with Cross Country Movers!! They assisted me in moving my elderly parents with ease. From the booking with Doris, the special attention from Chris Sherman, and the hustle, care and friendly service from all of Martin, Andrew, Senal and Theodore, it couldn’t have gone any better. They worked incredibly hard and were so patient, respectful and compassionate. Thank you for making what was otherwise a very big challenge into a happy beginning for my parents in their new home.
Their movers recently helped me move into my new apartment and they did an outstanding job. I needed a lot of assistance (with lifting and packing heavy items) since I was moving alone and the team did not disappoint. They disassembled my bulky furniture and packed it thoroughly with thick cloth and blankets. The delivery was within the quoted time and they even helped me set up the new place. I cannot stop raving about my experience!
There are a few companies using this name. The company with the PA address is the SCAM company. They quote you very low and when they have all your possessions held hostage, they triple your price. I'm talking several thousands. Then they promise a 2 day delivery and when you show up at your empty house, they are nowhere to be found. They stop answering the phone and send you an email that says they have 21 days to make delivery. Meanwhile I'm in an empty house after spending much money on motel rooms. I had to buy a mattress, pillows, blankets, kitchen essentials, clothes, toiletries, a TV to keep from losing my mind while everything I own is MIA. Please heed the reviews. This is a complete scam company.
A great team, highly recommend. Moving is no fun, even in the best of circumstances, Andrew and his team made moving day much less stressful with great attitudes and diligent attention to handling and protecting our belongings.
The Movers were great. Mike and Jose came in and moved my whole 4 bedroom house into a storage in less than 3 hours. They were very professional. I will be calling them back.
