True professionals that moved me in the dead of winter. Easily took off doors when furniture wouldn't fit and we're careful of hardwood floors and walls. A top notch experience!!!
I used this company last year to move me to Texas. They showed up late destroyed my stuff they took money from me for cheap boxes and now they said a year later I would get a 62.00 refund my purse cost more than that. And per Mrs M my money would beHere by the 19 well it’s the 24 still no refund. I am going to complain toDOT This is a horrible company don’t use them

When I called to complain about the issues, the customer service team was rude and dismissive. They talked over me, refused to let me explain the situation, and basically told me there was nothing they could do. I’ve never dealt with such poor service.
Just had Edwin and crew conduct a move for me, and I couldn’t be happier. This was my first experience hiring movers and they did a great job. They hustled and took great care of my belongings. I would highly recommend this crew.
They handled every item with great care, ensuring our furniture and boxes were moved safely without any damage. They were also extremely efficient, working quickly while never sacrificing attention to detail. I can't recommend this team enough. Literally the WORST moving experience of my life! I moved from RI to FL. I was given an estimate then the day of the move I was told by the movers that the cost would be THOUSANDS more than quoted!!!! I didn't know what to do, they already had my stuff on the truck, our families flight to FL was about to leave, my lease was up on my apt so we had no where to go. I also needed to start my new job in 2 days. The movers for my car had already taken it. We didn;t know what to do. They said they were gonna dump our stuff on the street if we didnt pay. They knew they had control. We felt as if we had no choice. Then it took weeks and weeks to get our stuff and some things arrived broken! After many phone calls nothing was solved. This company is the WORST. DO NOT USE THEM!!
We hired Cross Country Movers to help get my 86 year old brother moved from his house to an apartment. The movers were very careful to wrap things like his TV to make sure nothing got broken. They were fast and friendly and willing to help with our requests. The cost was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.
